Uncovering social and environmental factors that increase the burden of climate sensitive diarrheal infections in children
This survey study in Environmental Sciences looked at data from 51 low to middle income countries to related rainfall to diarrheal illness in children. Social vulnerabilities regarding access to drinking water, sanitation, and immunization status were compared to the initial variables.

Alteration of host-pathogen interactions in the wake of climate change- Increasing risk for shellfish associated infections?
This review in Environmental Research direct and indirect stressors of climate change are examined to identify if human infectious diseases are worsened by these stressors. Lobster and mussels were used as the models for this research to determine this effect.
